Senior Interactive Designer

BCM, one of Australia's largest independent advertising and communications agency is on the hunt for a Senior Interactive Designer to join our expanding interactive division, located within our Brisbane office.

We're looking for someone who understands the nuances of interactive design; someone who designs for motion, animation and communication. We know you have an eye for colour, composition and typography and we need you to demonstrate that you understand how these elements work within an online, interactive piece.

Overall – the successful candidate will be able to design for a seamless, coherent online experience that stays true to the client’s brand values.

The successful candidate will create web experiences for a variety of clients - these will range from microsites to comprehensive interactive applications. An expert knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is required which will be demonstrated in your online portfolio. We also expect that you've designed for online before and you are conversant in generic web technologies such as HTML, CSS and basic Flash/ActionScript. Importantly you must have an appreciation for the digital workflow and understand how your designs may influence technical decisions, and vice versa.
