Team Leader
We're looking for someone to lead a talented team of interactive marketing communication specialists for a fast-moving Fortune 500 client in our client-centric integrated marketing communication environment. Candidate must have at least 10 years advertising agency experience and strong online direct response background.
Responsibilities
Works with client-based team and client with all strategic endeavors from both a thinking and execution perspective.
Works closely with the team and client to manage day-to-day responsibilities/tasks
Leads the satisfactory preparation and timely delivery of all client materials
Proactively identifies and solves program execution issues
Prepares analysis of program results
Maintains all files for projects, including all communications, schedules, budgets, work plans, strategies, etc.
Budget projections/budget management and is responsible for approving/managing/tracking billing against projects
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
10+ years agency experience
5+ years working with online direct response vehicles, including paid search and paid online media, as well as microsites and/or landing pages.
At least 3 years account leadership experience
Outstanding organizational, communication and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate interpretation capabilities
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills; demonstrates empathy and commitment to the client and the agency team; proven ability to manage expectations
Expert-level fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Proficiency with a web analytics solution, such as HBX, WebTrends or Site Catalyst
