Deutsch/NY seeks Senior Web Producer

The Role
Deutsch/NY is looking for a Senior Web Producer to work across several major brands. A Senior Web Producer is the primary project manager, responsible for quality delivery of projects on time and on budget. Senior Producers lead a larger-scale interactive advertising campaign or site development projects. Senior Web Producers may also oversee associate- or mid-level producers on high-volume accounts. The Senior Web Producer will work with our account, planning, media, creative, and production teams, including our team of staff Flash and web developers.

Other Job Responsibilities include:

  • Assume ownership for the project and help define the scope of project work
  • Drive all decisions about project scope with appropriate input from project team members.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plan (MS Project)
  • Take lead as primary problem solver for project.
  • Generate project estimates and track actuals
  • Project resource needs on a weekly basis
  • Liaise with tech and production counterparts on client and internal teams
  • Manage all vendor, partner relationships
  • Manage QA process
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Keep all counterparts in respective disciplines fully informed to ensure consistency across creative and deliverables; work with print, traffic and broadcast production to create integrated timelines
