Role
As the Flash Guy/Girl you will gain invaluable commercial experience in online media design and development whilst working with a talented team of strategists, designers, developers and animators. You must deliver carefully measured innovation as well as build on recent successes.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Design Leader to generate concepts and deliver digital strategy

Work proactively with the Design and Development team members to ensure that the project goals are achieved

Develop project timelines in consultation with the Project Coordinator

Manage your work according to the project timelines

Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Manage a team and nurture a Junior Flash Guy/Girl

To successfully apply for this Flashy role you will have :

Two to three years commercial experience working in a web design or development team

Proven delivery of a range of design projects with multiple stakeholders, from concept stage to delivery

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Video integration experience (desirable)

Multi-media, film or graphic design experience (desirable).

Competent use of :

Flash CS3

Action Script 3.0

Photoshop version CS3

Illustrator version CS3

Desirable :
3ds Max or similar
After Effects.
