We're looking for a technical genius with a minimum of seven years hands-on development experience to lead and inspire a growing digital team. Candidates must be passionate about development/coding and willing to lead by example. You will be charged with leading our technical direction as well as growing, hiring and mentoring the technical team whilst reporting directly to the Executive Producer and working closely with the producers, design team and the Director.
The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from agency to client, to systems analysis, specification, build, testing, tracking, analytics and R&D.
Process, Methodology, Standards, Innovation, Client Relations, Accountability, Quality, New technologies, and a real belief that anything is possible are what you do. Industry expertise at a recognized agency or client-side experience is a must.
