We are looking for a recently graduated Interactive Designer to further develop their interactive design skills, working within a experienced and award winning design team across the full range of digital media.

You will have flash, actionscript as well as illustrator and photoshop skills and be able to provide a portfolio of your amazing work.

This role is full-on and fast paced so you will have come or be prepared for a high pressure environment.

You'll need to demonstrate you have the potential to be an amazing Interactive Designer. We seek high achievers who combine the qualities of passion with a real focus on deadline, detail, effective communication and a real desire to learn.

Candidates must have relevant portfolio of creative projects.

Skills Required:

Creativity is key, your solutions will be unique, sustainable, effective and user orientated

Must be able to independently solve problems and think â€˜outside the squareâ€™

Able to work visually across a wide range of styles and audience

Highly organised and possess ability to adapt quickly to changing constraints

Must have some experience in web, new media design and production

Have an understanding of XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

A good knowledge of Adobe CS suite including Flash
