We are looking for a Producer to join our growing organisation.

The Producer is responsible for driving projects through the entire development life cycle from concept to launch and ongoing client support.
This includes ensuring that all projects are fully scoped, delivered on-time, within budget and to agreed upon specifications. The ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, solve problems and deliver against a tight deadline with a sense of creativity and passion for excellence is needed for success in this position

Desired Requirements:

• 5 years of web development / project management experience on web projects ranging in size from $20K to $200K, including:
  
• Writing functional requirements documents


• Extensive experience resource planning, budgeting and tracking, and launching projects.


• Experience working with Design and Technical teams - with strong knowledge of web standards, technologies, design and usability. You should also have an understanding of common web and application architectures, and how they would be applied. ( HTML, FTP applications, DHTML, JavaScript, Flash, Databases, CMS, etc.)


• Excellent project management, presentation and decision-making skills and the ability to meet multiple competing deadlines across multiple projects.


• Detail-oriented, organized with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.


• Client service approach to working with people; must have an understanding of both business and consumer issues.


• Professional demeanour and the ability to build and maintain supportive relationships while injecting a sense of fun


• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, computer science or similar related field preferred but not essential.

• Driving projects through the entire development life cycle from inception to launch and providing ongoing support.


• Ensuring that all projects are fully scoped, delivered on-time, within budget and to agreed upon specifications.


• Working with the Account Director to ensure all project assets are received in a timely fashion. Providing regular status updates and identifying risks in a timely manner


• Working with the Production Manager to identify resources for all current and upcoming projects to meet all project deadlines.


• Working with the Creative Director and the Group Account Director to lead the selection and management of independent contractors to meet any outsourcing needs in a timely manner.
