We are seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Creative Director to join our rapidly growing Creative team.

The Associate Creative Director is expected to develop solid client relations, contribute to the development of digital strategies, communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices, drives the collaborative efforts of the project's creative team, actively contributes to the environment of professional growth and inspires others to exceed expectations. A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, online advertising, interactive commerce and the creative process is required. The Associate Creative Director reports to the Creative Director, and may function as a right hand to the CD on large projects or brands, or as the Studio's sole lead on smaller projects.

•  Develop and deliver creative solutions that strengthen clients market distinction and leadership position
•  Develop and deliver innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities
•  Effectively and proactively involve the Creative Director in contributing to core project deliverables and to strengthening the client relationship
•  Promote continual creative improvement and a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
•  Conceive and create experience design solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives
•  Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to client and project team alike
•  Provide executional leadership in business development and Studio projects
•  Contribute to Studio development through management participation, mentoring of junior talent on project and team level
•  Foster a Studio environment that is on-brand: Collaborative, Trusted, Insightful, Innovative, Ingenious, Memorable, Pioneering, Agile, Driven, Passionate, Diverse, Analytical
•  Uphold quality standards of all creative deliverables
•  Support human resource initiatives with a focus on recruitment and performance management
•  Serves as Career Manager to 2-4 colleagues
•  Understand, embrace, and exemplify company's mission and values

•  Passion for design and copy and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
•  Strong portfolio with degree in advertising visual communication education,6+ years design/marketing/communications interactive work experience, 2+ years art direction experience
•  Solid understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and business objectives
•  Experience developing Internet commerce, electronic marketing and online brand management and integration
•  Experience leading brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution
•  Proven success rationalizing concepts and effectively presenting to clients
•  Ability to think creatively against demanding deadlines with acute attention to detail
•  Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and related mediums
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Effective and creative problem-solving skills
•  Leadership skills with proven ability to guide teams (5+)
•  Strong organizational abilities, including project scoping, time and resource management
You must be legally able to work in the US.
