We are looking for a super talented creative designer who understands the latest online and digital media trends and is used to working in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our art director and technical producer to design cutting-edge websites, emails, banners, flash games and tools, as well as other web promotion vehicles. You will also be required to mentor junior designers, and supervise freelancers on print, video, 3D, animation and photography projects.

You will need to combine an understanding of the consumer experience, industry trends and competitive analysis, in order to translate the creative brief & client design guidelines into amazing innovative websites with intuitive user interface and strong visual identity.

Your skill set must include:
*Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the web
*Knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver & Flash
*Creative skills coupled with the ability to work in a team environment
*Ability to lead a variety of projects (simultaneously) from concept to completion under tight deadlines, whilst ensuring best practices in user interface and website design, including site optimization, SEO and Web 2.0 technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Design or a related field
• 3-4 years of web design experience
• 1-2 years of pre-press print production experience
• Production skills
• Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, & ActionScript
• Experience art directing photo & video shoots (bonus)
• Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing (bonus)
