Description

We have an opening for a brilliant Designer with a pride and passion for their work and great eye to join us as a valuable member of our expanding department. Experience in and an understanding of digital advertising a couple of great campaigns under your belt is a must, and you have knowledge of everything from optimization and rich media formats to Flash animation and the Actionscript to make it happen.
Traditional design skills such as typography and layout are also required.

Most of all, you know how to bring an idea to life, and give each project something a little special. You will need to be reliable, honest, creative and up for the challenges of working in a busy agency environment. You work with a true spirit of teamwork and enthusiasm and are not afraid of providing guidance and support to the more junior members of the team, or taking on projects on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• - Develop, design, create and build the assets, artwork and
  materials which represent our clients' digital advertising
• - Bring concepts to life with your design and animation skills
• - Work and liaise across all departments to produce the best
  response to briefs in the desired digital mediums to the highest quality
• - Demonstrate a full understanding of each client's brand
  values, guidelines and briefs and ensure all finished work complies with these guidelines
• - Promptly seek sign-off from Creative and Design Directors
  through the Producers on completion of each stage of a project
• - Create whatever materials and assets are required as
  instructed for each client project to the best of your ability
• - As required integrate designs seamlessly with the required
  technology on each project
• - Keep up with current trends within Design and Technology and
  share your knowledge within the Design department and agency
• - Lend some guidance to those in need of your expertise
• - Rework existing projects where needed
• - Seek to make every project better with your input and enthusiasm
• - Create simple, insightful and highly innovative creative work
• - Constantly seek to learn and understand more about our
  clients businesses and increase and develop your own personal skill set
• - Do the best work and win awards
