What is an Integrated Producer, you ask? Somebody who is extraordinarily gifted at getting things done. And getting them done right. Successful candidates will have a passion for the Web and a great personality that gets along well with creatives, account people, software developers and every other character found in the ad industry. Day-to-day tasks vary. This shouldn’t scare you. In fact, this should excite you a great deal. A producer's life here will be a constant series of well-scheduled parcels of adventure using all those helpful project management programs. Just to be clear, the whole scheduling thing will be up to you. Other things that will be up to you are live action shoots, talent issues, technology licensing, and vendor coordination. We'd also like you to be well-versed in Flash, HTML, FTP, server setups and video compression, and have an understanding of graphics programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand.
