It's amazing what you can fit into a 30k banner sometimes. I like the art direction on this.

it's internet mc, whatever you do is great if under 30k, let's ask the offline people how big is their files, wow, it's amazing what you can fit into a 1/4 page ad!!! get real!

But thinking about it now - the copy line is "big ideas" mmmm. now what could you do with that as a starting point...
