The humble 468x60 showing it can still shake it with it's bigger brothers. I'm not sure if I saw this served on a site I would know to click the fingers. I would imagine it would just count as a click. They could have done the fingers on rollover?
Great banner. I think you're right though - it might get more interaction with rollover actions.

I think it WOULD have been a good banner if they did the rollover thing. Without the rollover, it's just dumb.
